hi, i aam a 17 yr old virgin and the closest thing i have had to having sex is licking a females virgina and getting a bit of a hand job. could this cause the many of bumps i see on my penis and scrotum. i see hair growing out of some, i have squeezed a couple sometimes hard white stuff comes out sometimes liquid comeout. wat is it and how can i treat it?

The bumps you have are either sebaceous cysts or fordyce spots, normal and usually not treated.
