too many swollen lymphnodes and so tired of antibiotics

Well im just trying this out because i'm getting desperate... A few months ago i discovered a lump on the right side of my throat, it was treated with antibiotics and they made me extremely sick. I then got another one right under my chin.. so i had 2. It was treated with another antibiotic...never went away until a little while ago but then about 3 or 4 weeks ago i found yet another lump on the left side by my clavical, and another under my left ear, and another on the left back side near my spine where the neck meets the shoulders. My ear nose and throat doctor keeps putting me on antibiotics and just blows it off because they seemed to shrink when i was on them. They are all painful except the one by my clavical...I went to another dr. who again but me antibiotics and said maybe i should get a biopsy. I have been on antibiotics for about 2 months straight and my body is just a mess...I'm just wondering if this is the right way to go or should i seek yet another opinion. I'm only 19 years old and i'm in good health other than these lumps!! I haven't had any blood or x-rays or anything taken and i'm hoping its just infection of some type but i just wanted to see if anyone had anything advise wise they could offer! thanks
