ok now i want a straight answer here, i ve seen on this site aswell as some others that excessive masturbation or sexual exhaustion can give you a weak erection. But are these diagnoses real I've gone to my doctor and asked about sexual exhaustion and she's never heard of it before. Then when I went to another doc she didn't say it was anything like that. So could someone please give me a straight answer and some sort of cure for it preferably over the counter products. Thank you

We aren't built or designed to have an erection 24/7. After we masterbate there is a down time, literally.

The straight answer is that if you masterbate frequently you have to allow yourself a day or two before you will be able to achieve a normal rigid erection. The older a man is the greater the rest time is between. An 18 yr. old can masterbate several times a day while a 50 yr. old may require a few days of down time before being able to achieve and sustain a normal erection.

The penis requires rest too. It isn't a disease or a condition it's normal.
