i m 21 yrs old and my vital stats are 36 30 40 . i feel that my breasts are big and i want to know ways to reduce weight on my breasts may it be exercise or a diet.i m facing this problem only from past few months.around 6 months back the sixe was 34 its causing a lot of worry

Breasts are usually the first body parts that gain weight since there are many fatty cells there. When you lose weight, you should lose it from your breasts. Are you sure it is weight and not your breasts that are big?
