took birth control late and one too early

im on my second pak of birth control pills and i missed a day so i had taken two in one day, the next day i saw that i somehow had taken the tuesday pill on monday, or i was a day ahead. tuesday i didnt take any pills because there was no pill to take. me and my boyfriend had unprotected sex on tuesday and when i went home i discovered i was bleeding. could this just be from the mistake i made with the pills or could i be pregnant?
