I am sure not good : )
Topamax is anti - antiepileptic drug, prescribed to control seizures. Opiates are on other hand any drug (medicine) that contains opium or any of its derivates (heroin is also opiate) and acts sedative and narcotic, which could be in contradiction with antiepileptic drug. I would sincerely not recommend mixing topamax with opiates. The exact way that Topamax works is unknown. Besides, topamax is not recommended to interact with sedatives (and opiates act sedative).
