Americans spend millions on creams, pills, potions, and even plastic surgery in a frantic attempt to stay forever young. Needless to say, looking like a wrinkly old prune simply isn't in vogue.

The healthy cells of your body are constantly being attacked by Free Radicals. Some experts conclude that the average person is attacked 10,000 times a day by Free Radicals. Why? All because they are looking for their missing electrons. Dang. Talk about holding a grudge!

Why Do We Age?

As our cells are constantly being bombarded by these Free Rascals - uh, I mean Free Radicals - our cells become weaker and weaker. This weakening process is known in scientific terms as "oxidation." Eventually, disease sets in, which leads to aging and ultimately death. As we continue to pollute our environment, this problem just keeps getting worse.

So what can be done? One word:
