Hi everybody,

my husband, age 61 was diagnosed with stage III non-small cell lung cancer in 2009. and it progressed to stage IV on 2011. despite the surgery and chemotherapy he received after the tumor was removed. Latest news we got from our oncologist are pretty bad - the cancer has spread into my husband’s cerebrospinal fluid and there are not too many options for successful treatment of this form of cancer.

Even the ones that are considered regular involve injecting chemo through lumbar puncture. Has anyone been through this treatment? is it successful at all?
