Hi, I have problem with poor self-esteem. Or in other words I don’t like myself. With such an approach it’s not a wonder I can’t achieve much. How can I improve situation?

Hi, it is very bad not knowing to respect yourself. You must be the most important person to yourself, that is only healthy thinking. All other behaviors lead to unsatisfaction and depression. When you are saying that you dislike everything about yourself, there is nothing to like about you. In fact, you're unhappy about some specific thing and this is putting aside many your good qualities. You should make a list of what you like about yourself and your qualities. Think of your strengths -of things that are easy for you and others find it difficult. Avoid saying to yourself ‘'That's nothing.'' or ''Anyone can do that.''
