I drink two raw eggs a day and have been doing so for about rhe lastv6 months. Sometimes ill have 4. 2 in the morning and 2 after a workout. Alot of the old weightlifters swore by this. I have never felt sick and actually quite the contrary. Every year for as l9ng as I can remember id get sick in the fall or winter months with a cold. This is the first year I can remember in myblife not getting a cold or flu all winter and im not doing anything different besides a daily dose of raw eggs. Coincidence? Possibly
