I am a 26, female. I had injury 20 months ago a left acetabular hip fracture and a sacral fracture. I wasn’t recovered fully. I am still in pain in my left adductor, groin region. I thought that is just pulled, but I was wrong. It was constant but now it is limited to pain while walking up stairs, pain when I lie flat in bed, walks for over an hour. One orthopedist said that adductor tenotomy will fix me completely. Does anyone know or had adductor tenotomy?

I have an adductor tenotomy, but I suspect that the procedure was wrong. It was and is a disaster, the adductor longus tendon was pulled off the pubic bone and paced high up in the groin. Now the tendon is tight and very visible. As a side effect I developed a frozen shoulder and I stumble easily.
