im only 14 and i want to loose weight i eat good i have weetabix for breakfast and no more than 100 calories for lunch like cruskits or rice crackers or a peice of fruit and i have a good dinner but have some treats now and again but i never seem to loose weight i got a treadmill and ive been burning 1200 to about 1400 every day, some days my legs only just do it but if i have a few days off ill go downhill plus i always have the energy to do about 20minutes every few hours plus i dont know if i do the same everyday will i challenge myself?
