Hi, I am a vegetarian. I feel very good, vegetarian food is very tasty and healthy for me. But I have heard that vegetarian food is not enough. They say that it doesn't have all the proteins necessary for human body. They say that it only exists in human products. Do the vegetarians take enough proteins?

That theory you are talking about is not correct. There are 20 amino acids and they are forming all the proteins you need. Our body provides 10 amino acids and the other 10 we can take trough the food, with the balanced vegan diet. Soybean, for instance, have all the necessary amino acids. Other protein rich vegetarian foods are legumes, nuts, seeds, yeast and freshwater algae.
