Hello! I put on some extra weight during pregnancy and am now thinking about going down. I was thinking of whether to start running or walking but I couldn’t come to a conclusion. What do you think it would be better for calories burning, running or walking? Thx for your time!!!!

Well, whenever I am on a special diet regime and want to lose extra pounds I do the running. With running I actually lose some weight, but if I practice walking I just retain my old weight. One thing is certain, you will need a change in your every day diet because just walking or running won’t help, so you need to cut down on your food intake.
