I have met my friend from school several days ago. I remembered him as great sportsman so I asked him if he is still in great shape as he was while we were young. His answer surprised me as he told me that he is practicing trail running. This was my first time as i heard for such sport so I would like to know something more about it.

Hi, trail running is discipline which gains its popularity every day. People are turning themselves to the nature more and more and trail running appeared as product of it. Basically it is running in the nature. Runners are choosing hill, forests and other environmental surrounding for their running tracks. Sometimes they run in the groups and sometimes runners decide to run alone. Sometimes tracks are going trough the woods, valleys and even deserts. Runners are most often taking their food and water with them in the case that they need it before they come to their rest points.
