Hi, I am 25 years old male and I am practicing body building for several months. It is great sport I like it very much. My muscles are becoming bigger and bigger every day so I have trained a week in the row last week. I would like to know if it is too much.

Hi, as someone who is training body building for more than 10 years I would like to tell you that you have made mistake when you have decided to train every day. Your body needs a rest so 2 days in row would be just fine. After that you may take a rest one day and than you may go on. Your muscles will react better if you are fresh and properly rested.

I have been training for 20 years, since I was 19. The absolute best thing you can do for your muscle growth is to give your body a day or two off.
