I am interested in mechanism of action of trazodone hydrochloride on serotonin metabolism. How does serotonin take part in depression? My friend has some serious problems in family and doctor prescribed her Trialodine. I can’t observe any changes in her behaving. She is as drowsy and quiet as before.
