im a 23 years old female student this is the second time that i am having pimple on vagina which grow bigger in size and then burst and a lot of pus and blood came out of it and it hurts also plz tell me its treatment i eat a lot of chocolates and chillies everyday is it the main cause of it or do excessive washing of this area is related to this problem

Hi,

What you are describing sounds like sebaceous cysts. I've gotten a few of these and they were more painful than the literature I've read seems to indicate they should be. (see below). My doctor told me they are not harmful, and you should not try to pop them. You should check with your doctor just to be on the safe side.
