Please tell me something about treatment of uterine polops. I had cramps and was worried because they appeared independently from ovulation or menstruation. I was diagnosed uterine polops but have to visit my gyn next week to talk about treatment or surgery if it would be necessary.

I had uterine polyps and they were removed. I returned to work a week after operation. The only thing that reminded me was little spotting that lasted for few days. You shouldn’t be worried. It’s very common thing in women.
