Ive got tingling in genital area (urethra) with a tiny clear discarge, I never caught the discharge, but I can feel a tiny wet spot sometimes right by tip in underwear right after the tingling. I also get 5 to 10 second burning feeling on thighs and testicles.
I did urethra testing through urine and came back negative for any disease. I read its hard to detect.

Are you sure that this tiny discharge is not precum? It sounds like it! If it’s clear and there is very little of it, it sounds like precum to me-you know the discharge we get when we get aroused and slightly before ejaculation?

I don’t know which doctor you saw, but tingling could be due to many reasons, so you need to be thoroughly examined and certain tests need to be done according to this clear discharge, tingling or any other symptoms that may be present.

Tingling and burning may come from yeast infection or contact dermatitis, or another problem. If an urologist doesn’t find anything, he may send you to a dermatologist.
