I have been on birth control pills since I was 17. I have practice to change the brand in every couple of years, I am 36 now. I usually consult my doctor about it. So, on my last check he recommended me Trinessa. I am interested in possible side effects and with what medications this drug may interact. I drink a lot coffee and I smoke, since I have bad experience in the past, I what to found as much is it possible before I start with Trinessa.

Well, as far as I know, an average woman have rarely side effects, if she’s healthy and doesn’t smoke and drink, while taking contraceptives .There is a list of possible side effects from Trinessa: chest pain, stomach pain, dizziness or fainting spells, sudden loss of coordination vision or speech problems…there are other more severe too. Talk about it with your prescriber, also talk with him/her about smoking and caffeine. I can give you some names of drugs whitch can interacted with trinessa but it is better to notify your doctor if you are using something and s/he will know if it’s safe for you.
