I need information about tromethazine solution. I heard that it is indicated for treatment of conjunctivitis. What side effects may occur when drug is applied locally? What is oral dosage form of promethazine used for? I have symptoms of eye irritation caused by seasonal conjunctivitis. Should I use promethazine?

Promethamine eye solution is used in treatment of seasonal conjunctivitis. Oral forms are indicated in treatment of moderate pain. Promethamine belongs to class of nsaids. It is recommended not to be used longer than 5 days. Be careful not to contaminate bottle or tube tip.
