I have trouble swallowing solid food. It fells like something is caught in back of throat. I throat is sore too. I don’t know if this is a common cold or something else. Maybe I am having allergic reaction on something. Is this possible?

Well, symptoms of common cold are sore throat, trouble swallowing food or liquids, feel as if there is a "lump" or something caught in back of your throat. Anyway, my advice to you is to see a doctor. He is the only one who can make right diagnose and give you appropriate treatment. Take care.
