Hi, my son is 14 years old and he is always in some kind of trouble. No matter if he is at home, in the school or going out with friends he will just find the way to get into the trouble. I have tried to talk to him but it didn't change anything. I really don't know what to do.

Hi, I also had similar problem with my kid and I tried many things to calm him down. At the end when I have lost almost every hope I have decided to visit psychologist and discuss my problem. He advised me that it would be good for him to find some activity which will spend his energy and it really helped. Since he started to train hockey things have changed radically.
