troubles after periodontal surgery

hi all

im a newbie n this is my first post. i had periodontal surgery bout one month n half ago. its still a little swelled n it hurts almost all the time. besides the scar hasnt faded at all.

help n suggestions would be mostly welcome as i feel very scared n distressed to say the least.
