| I learned when you lose weight your boobs are the first to lose weight in, but , i think other places should go to. like thighs and such. that is what the Doc. told me. after I had my little girl. |

I am 33 and have 44DD since my first child was born. I did gain about 60 lbs and have lost it too, and the breasts do lose about 1/2- 3/4" when I do the weights and push ups. The entire body loses weight when dieting. There is no way to target one particular area (unfortunantly), but you can make the muscle under the fat stronger and therefore, more energy (fat) burning. The amount of time it takes to "lose the boobs" may be never. It depends on your genetics. I was a flat rail at your age, I could wear those band aid bras under my formal @ 17. My grandmothers are both well endowed. My mother was flat, and even had a breast augmentation to have larger breasts.
I will keep you posted on my current weight loss and see if I can "lose the boob"
