I am trying to fix the problem that began several months ago. I have started feeling fears about almost everything. It was not that serious in the beginning, but now I cant stop thinking about the future all the time, even at night I wake up thinking that something will go wrong. I guess I will have to start with medicament therapy, right?
Well, it does not have to be that way. There are many psychological behavior treatments that might help you in dealing with your problem. And if that does not work, you could try with medicaments, herbal first, and then switch to stronger substances, if necessary. That is the way I set for myself when I had to deal with my anxieties. Luckily, all that passed after several days of therapy.
