trying to get pregnant ( but just got cyst removed)

hi i am trying to conceive but i just had 3 little cysts removed and one that was about 5 cm long . its been 2 week now and i feel fine . when do you think i could get pregnant . should i have 2 wait longer since i just had them removed? me and my husband really want this but it been about 7 months now and still no baby. then they finally took the cysts out. should it happen right away now since the cysts are gone

Hi,
I also just had the operation to remove cyst at both of my fallopian tube.
One of the cyst is also about 5cm. I'm 24 this year and just get married.
I also hope to get pregnant as soon as possible.

According to doctor, My Husband and I have to try harder to get a baby.because the cyst might be back in future..she didn't remove it because she knows that i want to have baby. if the ctsy still back, we have to remove it and try baby thru IVF.

So, now , 2 weeks after the operation, we have start to try for baby..
Hopefully our dream will comes true....
