trying to get pregnant any advise?

hello me and my fiance have been trying to get pregnant for about 6 months now. so far nothing! its a little stressful but we try not to think about it much. we heard the more you try it seems the longer it takes. anyways back to the point.... well so far nothing has happend. he has diabetes and we are aware that diabetes could make you not able to have a child. im just hoping thats not the cause.(i really dont think it is, but you never know) if anyone has any advise on trying to get pregnant i would love your comments. thank you:)

Hi,
I know the feeling of trying, I my self try to keep calm but I just cant wait.
I read it can take up to a year to conceive, and thats a healthy young couple!
Have you tried using ovulation tests are checking ur temp? also you can examin your cervix (make sure your fingers are clean if you test internally)
