i have been trying to get pregnant for about 3 1/2 months, no luck so far. i am two weeks late and i started to bleed today. my nipples felt sore about a week ago and that is about it. what does this mean? is this normal? how do i increase my chances of conceiving?

i recommend going to a website about your menstrual cycle, it gives you good tips about what time of the month is right to have sex in order to get pregnant
