ttc-sore boobs, heartbur, HUNGRY-maybe pregnant?

Hello. I just needed some feedback. My husband and I have been trying to conceive for 1 year now. I had a HSG test done the end of December and found out I had 2 blocked tubes. They were able to open one which is better than none. I normally ovulate on the 18th day of my cycle, but this month I ovulated on the 14 or 15th. By the 17th day of my cycle my breast were EXTREMELY tender on the sides and underneath and I developed heartburn after I ate. THe breast tenderness is not as bad, but still there. Heartburn too and I HUNGRY ALL the time! Just would like feedback. I've gotten my hopes so many times before and I'm worried to now. I honestly was not trying this month b/c I figured no use and I never have breast tenderness this early. I took a test on Sunday and it was negative but only like 4dpo. Anyone have any advice? Not due to start till the 26th and the wait is KILLING me! Thanks for listening!
