twin miscarriage and my health risks

I'm going through my first twin miscarriage. I miscarried one yesterday and began miscarrying my second earlier today. I'm hoping everything will work out naturally as I was 22wks. I've had moderate bleeding yesterday and today. I feel very light-headed and dizzy at times. Could this be because of my twin miscarriage? How long does the bleeding last? 2 days or so? Should I be doing anything else other than getting plenty of rest and drink plenty of water? Is there anything I could add to my diet to help these symptoms for the next few days?

I hope that everything will work out as planned but I need to make sure I am not missing out on any major health risks I may be at risk for?
