My husband and I are in our early thirties and we would love to have kids, except we just want to get pregnant once and have twins, do we have take fertility drugs?

He has twins in his family, but I am thinking it's not likey he will conceive twins himself.

it has been know that fertility drugs can cause multiples, but it's not a guarantee. there are really no guarantees of twins in a pregnancy. you can only hope. good luck.
