twitching in the legs and tingling under the scrotum

Hello! I have a problem that gas been bothering me more than 5 weeks since “thing happened”. I had protected sex with another man 5 weeks ago. Few days later I started having tingling sensation under my scrotum and it have been feeling it since. Week after sexual experience I started to feel twitching in the legs, especially in the bottom of my legs. The feeling is like tingling pins and needles. However, I have no discharge while urinating. I also have no rashes or other outbreaks on the body, that would indicate herpes or similar.
I am very afraid this could be some kind of STD, though I had protected sex.

I never experienced something like this, meaning twitching in the legs and tingling under the scrotum. I am not medically educated, but I think you should make some STD test, like test for herpes. You know, it is not necessary that you do not have herpes virus, if you have no herpes outbreaks. You really should make test for chlamydia, gonorrhea ans some others. Maybe you have some sort of urinal infection. It could also be connected to prostatitis or epididymitis. I think you should really go see your health provider and consult with specialist. On the other hand, maybe you are just nervous and this is because of anxiety. Anyhow, I think you should see your doctor.

Did you ever figure out what that is? I have similar symptoms and teh drs could never figure it out.
