It is bad if you take them all at once, im not sure if your body will be able to handle all of the pills, and it may increase the possibility of symptoms, you should just follow the instructions

Some people do run two packs straight after one another if they want to delay their period for any reason.
It shouldn't cause you any harm but I don't think it would be a good idea to do this alot.

I agree that you should always follow the instructions but there is alot of stuff on the internet about women who do this.

the reason we have a 7 day gap with no pills isn't biological. its because women dont like to not have periods, it makes them worry about pregnancy, the first ever pills didnt have the gap week, but after women said they didnt like not having periods they introduced the withdrawal bleed.

its fine to skip your gap week and go onto the next pack of pills. it wont hurt you.

you can go on continuous pill taking every day with no gaps and there is no evidence it would harm you. doctors get some women to be on continuous pill taking for medical reasons other than birth control. if their periods are painful or heavy

@pouts: I dont think she meant take all the pills in one go, she meant taking the two packs consecutivly with no gap week.

I've taken 2 packs in a row to delay my period. A doctor has told me it's ok to do but not to do it too often.
