i m 25 yrs old.i got 2 times periods in just 1 week. first one was perfectly according to last cycle (4days). but only after 2 days when first period ended , i lifted some very heavy weight and next day i got mensege second time ,bleeding is also like the normal cycle. i m really worried as it never happened before. today is 5th day and bleeding is there.please help urgently.
