Hi, in acute acetaminophen over dosage there is increased risk of hepatic necrosis. Other threats are renal tubular necrosis, hypoglycemic coma and thrombocytopenia. But, since you have taken only two tablets, most likely nothing will happen to you. If you notice any nausea, vomiting, diaphoresis and general malaise, you should go to see the doctor. You can feel breathing disorder, insomnia, constipation, decreased gland secretion, retention of urine and other unpleasant side effects of opioids.
