I walk 30 mintues daily and I still can not lose weight. I use Slimquick, eat low carbs. I am 57 years old, female, 5'1", 170 lbs. What else is there?

As simple as it sounds, the answer is persistence. Yeah, I know it's actually harder when you have to do it.

The only way to lose weight is to burn more calories than you consume. Keep walking as you have been. Try cutting down on or eleminating one food item from your daily diet. You would be suprised at how much difference it will make by eleminating one candy bar or one bag of chips or two cookies a day.

Just be sure and not substitute something for the eleminated food item. Of course you could opt for increasing the exercise time instead. Either way, you must burn more calories than you consume.

Good luck!
