types of seizures I am having

could I be having a different kind of seizure now than I was having before epilepsy surgery? I was having simple complex before, have been doing well for 2 years. Now I am aspirating at night and getting pneumonia. Could I have night seizures after all this time? Do not wake up, lose bladder control, bite lip instead of tongue, feel no after effects the next morning other than I bit lip. Please give some insight.
