I found when I get panic attacks because I'm a hyper, I take a lot of MAGNESIUM along with CALCIUM. A 1:1 ratio is good. Start with 500mg of each. This will slowdown a racing heart. However, if your heart is slow but pounding hard, then take potassium only - 400mg.
