Every treatment begins with finding the cause for this problem, which is usually a painful pressure or rubbing against the skin. To reduce the pressure you can change the shoes you are wearing, or sometimes it could enquire wearing orthotics, casts or braces. If the ulcers get infected, it could follow you to surgery or just taking antibiotics, which won’t do any help if the ulcers are not infected.
There are also types of the ulcers that just cannot be healed, this usually happens to the people with diabetes. One of the reasons is a growth factor that is defective so the healing just won’t do
So as the best cure for ulcers is taking a good care of them and there are a few things you should pay attention to.
Keep your feet clean. It is important to wash your feet with soap and warm water every day; prolonged soaking should be avoided, apply a moisturizer to your feet every day to prevent them from becoming dry and cracked, avoid the heat, make sure that your shoes are loose etc etc.
