I am about 2.5months to 3 months pregnant. I went to the doctor yesterday and he said he couldn't see the heartbeat in the ultrasound. He was pretty certain that I may miscarry but I have no cramps and no bleeding. Could of the baby just be in distress. Is there precautions I can take until we test it again? Anyone know which one it is?
