ultrasound when blood test says neg

HELP pls. I am over 3 weeks late for af and for the past week or so have had extreme dizziness issues accomponied by nausea. However, I had a blood test last week NEG and a urine test at doc office NEG. I had to go to the doc a few days ago cuzz I was so dizzy it scared me. I am never late and I heard that an ultrasound is the most accurate. Would it be crazy if I asked my doc for an ultrasound. Anyone had this situation before? I'm 24 years old, with one 3 year old daughter. Thanx all

It would not be entirely crazy to ask a doctor for an ultrasound, it would definately be a way to be VERY sure that you are not pregnant.

One thing to consider is that stress, emotional changes, and other life events can delay a period!

ALSO, as we women get older our cycles will often change lengths.
