un normal bleeding advice needed

i have been having unnormal bleeding for over 4 days now i am on microgynon 30 and been on them for over 1 year now, and now im experising what i think is breakthrough bleeding (but not sure) it started off as a brown discharge then it went to a watery light pink then went to red then back to light pink and back to brown ive never experienced this before and have always taken my pills regularly (within 1 hour each day) if anyone could give me some advice on this it would be much appreciated
