Have you been under a lot of stress lately or suffered from anxiety or depression maybe?
I had throat problems when I was really stressed out due to work and personal problems. Ok, it lasted for two months, not two years but still.
The problem with the throat was that I had a lump-like feeling that would not be present when I wake up but would appear during the day and get worse in the evening when I was really tired. It would sometimes make my throat hurts or cause breathing troubles but it would kind of subside when I would eat. I had no troubles eating.
When I saw a doc, she looked at me and told me it was nothing physical and probably due to stress. Then I read somewhere that a lump sensation appears in throat when a person’s under a lot of stress for a long time. It is some kind of muscle that makes the sensation. I took a holiday and went to the sea-side. The moment I relaxed, the bump disappeared.
However, I did not have additional symptoms like you do but stress can cause all sorts of physical symptoms…why don’t you learn about it more? |

| Have you been checked for cancer? In your throat and armpits are limph nodes. When my boyfriends brother had cancer his limph nodes under his armpits were swollen to the size of golf balls. I'm not trying to scare you but it would probably be a comfort to eliminate the possibility |
