uncomfutable stomach gurgling, movements and sleepless night

for over a year now i have experienced my stomach gurling and making noises every single day and im so sick of it. i can my stomach moving even when i dont have my hand on it. i dont eat wheat products so it cant be that and i eat breakfast every morning. can some one please hep me. ??

I really hope that your problem was solved since it has been a year since this post was made and there was no answer my moms is having this symtoms and its very scary, she has been to hospitals and emergency rooms where they have done blood test, and docs have sent her home repeatly with pain medicine and nothing more, every night she is scared cant sleep exhausted when she gets to work and feel there is something wrong (what can we do we we have no health insurance and docs wont do test that you ask for like x ray and exams and keeping sending you home with pain medcine but cant tell you whats wrong or they are quick to hide behind" Its your age, your up in age, or" other things that leave everything open, by the time they found out what ever it was has spread or gone to long, i dont expect a reply but i hope your are doing well ,and if so maybe you can help me, I will keep you in prayer as I try to help my moms struggle with this and literally a host of other problems that leave us in tears quite often
