I am a 49 year old female. I do not have any problemes holding my urine and no problems with frequent or painful urination. But at the point of orgasam I can not control my bladder. What could be the cause of this condition and what can I do to improve or correct it?

i dont know if this is relivant but have you heard of female ejaculation in some cases this can be confused with urinating during climax when it is infact just natural result of being very aroused and you may find many wb sites concerned with this phonomanon

there is a syndrome called waterfall syndrome. the basics of it are that it is a weakness around the bladder that during orgasm causes leakage.
