uneven breasts before implants, still uneven after implants

before BA i was size A on left and saggy B on right. i had cohesive implants under the muscle 240cc right and 260cc on left. its been 4 months since procedure and the right is still saggy but implant is alot higher than the left. there is a noticeable difference in shape and partially in size when not wearing a bra. any advice on this would be appreciated.

It is nearly impossible to have exactly the same volume in both breasts, especially when correcting an already asymetrical pt. The volume of the breast decides on where it will rest when not wearing a bra. Because of this, the asymetry becomes visible. Surgery to correct the volume of one breast to better match the other will enhance the overall appearance, but will never create a perfect match of breasts for any woman. However, if you feel the inconsistency is significant, it is always a good idea to get a 2nd or even 3rd opinion from other surgeons. Just remember, a statement of better results from someone else is in no way a promise of such results. You must have realistic expectations. Quite possibly, your original surgeon also gave you unrealistic expectations, thus leaving you feeling less than satisfied. Either way, get a 2nd or 3rd opinion and decide what you think is BEST for YOU--REALISTICALLY, AND HEALTHFULLY!
