unexplainable feelings in head/weird sensation

Hi-

I suffered from headaches all my life-but lately i've been experiencing something unexpainable and someone called it a mini-stroke. it used to happen twice a year and started at first five years ago, then every year has increased, and had it three times last week so it's starting to really startle me. what happens is when i'm studying and under a considerable amount of stress, i loose my concentration of what's infront of me and revent "inside" my brain for about 5 minutes. i see my thoughts fast-forward inside of my head, and cannot see anything surrounding me, and loose the ability to talk. i had an MRI done a year ago that came out normal. my doctor thinks its stress but i can tell it's something different than my previous normal headaches. my thoughts become foggy and i loose my memory and ability to think critically and forget simple things. what do i do???

Sounds extremly similar to epilepsy-panic attack symthons , does your eyes seem to stare almost blanky at a certain spot or stand still 5-20 minets, studieing something that you cant get and it may stress you out causeing this odd awareness feeling like same as if havent slept 2-4 days eyes feel little large and your breathing heart istn completly normaly usaly its high or low or you ferget to breath, mind races , what was i doeing uhh how do i type umm Happening near television video games, complex books mabey if that sounds like u DOH

Reread your post and Recomend some crazy sounding Drink water till you pee almost white ph balaced pee from non toxic water source ALTERNATIVE anti stress relaxants in your life its a book not crack, (VERY odd try cuting out Hydronated partial and fully hydronate from diet and posibly a week or 2 dairy removal
Or look into mabey (NOT AT SAME TIME) Valium calmer , (stratera if your get too much tired after speeding up), Vistril good anti stress med that can cause some excitedness. consault a doctor or phyctrist to find initial problems parent/significant other,priest, Look at your drinking habbits do you drink 10+ when you drink ,(be very careful) or if smoke over 15 full flavor cigarets a day can cause some of that issues,
