a year now i have realised that i lost a considerable amount of weight,(10-15lbs) it is noticeable, my pants dont fit the way they used to. i think i might be hiv positive but scared to do the test, i feel fine though no flu, no loss of appetite, no diahrrea, or anything like that, i work out constantly but have'nt lost this much weight before. what causes weight loss when someone has hiv? how does stress make you lose weight?

Losing weight comes from a lot of different things. If you have or think you might been exposed to HIV you NEED to get tested. All you are doing by not getting tested is unknowingly putting other people at risk. Why don't you head to the doctor and get checked out?
